Recorded June 30-July 12, 1973 at Shinjuku Art Theater, Tokyo.

Originally released as a double LP by Trio Records.

Packaged in a gatefold miniature LP sleeve with obi and foldout sheet of liner notes. The obi duplicates the original 2LP obi. The liner notes contain an abbreviated version of Shimizu's original notes from the 2LP.

Each disc has a small white sticker covering a portion of the catalog numbers, and there is an additional insert with a note in Japanese re: SHM discs; it's possible that this was planned to be an SHM edition but was canceled at the last minute.
