Refund Policy
All items sold by YaoMo Vinyl are carefully checked and described as accurately as possible before sale.
Most items are vinyl records, CDs, box sets, and music collectibles. Many items are pre-owned or collectible editions, so minor age-related wear may be present and should be expected.
If there is a serious problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days after delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will review each case carefully and offer a reasonable solution, such as a partial refund, return, replacement, or full refund when appropriate.
Returns are accepted only when the item is significantly different from the description, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and included materials.
Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to buyer preference, incorrect order, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If the problem was caused by our mistake, we will work with the customer to provide a fair solution.
