Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Thailand or our overseas shipping office, depending on inventory location and logistics availability.

International delivery usually takes around 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier service.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout when available. If the shipping fee cannot be calculated automatically, we may contact the customer before shipment.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local delivery charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We pack all records and collectible items carefully to reduce the risk of damage during international shipping.
