Shipping Policy

All YaoMo Vinyl orders are consolidated, quality-checked, carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfilment hub in Hong Kong SAR, China. Our Thailand business address is used for company administration only and is not the dispatch origin.

International delivery usually takes around 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing and local courier service.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout when available. If a shipping fee cannot be calculated automatically, we may contact the customer before shipment.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees and local delivery charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We pack all records and collectible items carefully to reduce the risk of damage during international shipping.
