Notes:

Limited to 200 copies in total, including booklet, insert with tracklist, and three separate inserts corresponding to the original albums on Rivista Inc.

The original pressing has sound gaps on discs 3 & 4, and the 'Nous Remercions' insert is missing the tracklist. Replacements for both discs and the insert were available via retailers. Note however that the added tracklist omits both the untitled outro track 1-9, and the entire collection of demos on disc 5. Matrix numbers on the mispressed discs are as follows:
